Hallo ihr lieben Geburtstagskinder 
*erstmal das große Orchester hier aufbau und den Chor aufstellen lasse*
Dann ganz laut losgröhle "Happy birthday to you - happy birthday to you - happy birthday liebe Anstalt - happy birthday to you
Danach einen riesengroßen Blumenstrauß überreiche und ganz doll die Hand schüttel und nochmal gratuliere.
